2. Installation condition estimation
In any project, Translumens LED can manufacture the LED display as
you requesting. Meanwhile, if customer is not experienced in LED
display area, the installation of the project can be estimated by
our sales and engineers, including the brightness, viewing angle
and distance, installation method, front or back service etc. We
will customized the solution and offer according to the information
we get.
3. Solution customized
The solution will be described as a PDF file by our sales and sent
to you. The product specification, control system, offer, package,
spare part list, payment term, and shipping cost will be included.
4. Technical support
Translumens LED has developed a strong powerful engineer team for
any of your requirement, including PCB, cabinet, electronics,
production, BOM, QC and picture processing, to make sure you can
get the full service support from Translumens LED. The engineering
team ensure the availability for the special project and request.
Meanwhile, base on the project, the drawing will be provided to you
by our engineers if you need.

5. Two years warranty
During 2 years, Translumens LED will provide the maintenance
service of all equipment under the contract, by free replacement
and maintenance for any equipment damage or parts from product
design, installation techniques, materials, product quality and
components.
